A lady of few words but when she speaks, everyone pays attention. General Coordinator, John Okwute described her as proof that the female gender can handle leadership positions extremely well and urged other ladies of the chapel to be diligent in their work as mama Joy had been since she became the first assistant general coordinator of the Chapel of Restoration Funai.
On Sunday, the 1st of February was the day after a special rendition by the ever growing Kingdom Restorers, Papa John gave her an emotional welcome to the pulpit in which she deservedly received a standing ovation by all present. She spoke on the topic ''A Christian Student'' which she defined as a person who devotes himself or herself to learning based on the principles of Jesus. She then went ahead to list 7 attributes found in a Christian student. She described a Christian Student as someone who is Distinguished, has Desire, is Decisive, is Disciplined, is Determined, possesses Diligence and is Diversified. She then concluded by warning that the end of our University careers says a lot more about the beginning.
All in all, 1st of February was another inspiring Sunday in the house of CORE. We say thank you Mama for being such a great role model and inspiration to so many and God be with you during your six months of Industrial training. STEP FORWARD MAMA LUCYANN!
